A large-scale summer program for temporary employment of youth aged 14 to 18 years has started in the city of Kodinsk, covering more than 170 high school students.
Three teams, which included 60 teenagers and two foreman, were created with funds from the Charity and Sponsorship Program of Boguchanskaya HPP JSC. Thanks to the support provided by energy workers to the district Youth Center, all participants will receive a uniform uniform and salary, and teams will be engaged in landscaping the territory of the city of Kodinsk. In addition to socially useful work, a cultural and educational program has been prepared for the children.
“Supporting the younger generation and creating conditions for their comprehensive development is one of the key priorities of the social policy of the Boguchanskaya HPP. We are pleased that our partnership with the Youth Center allows us to expand our teen summer employment program. For the guys, this is their first work experience and an opportunity to earn their own money, an excellent chance to develop team spirit and make a personal contribution to the improvement of their hometown,” said Vladislav Kobyakov, General Director of Boguchanskaya HPP JSC.
This year, the start of the summer working season was marked by an important innovation: the Youth Center organized an initiation ceremony into the labor force. The teenagers got acquainted with their future responsibilities and work schedule, and then took a solemn oath to work responsibly, efficiently and conscientiously.
The first labor teams in Kodinsk were created in 2025 and received support from the budgets of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Kezhemsky District. Their experience was considered successful, and the demand for participation in the program among young people significantly exceeded the supply. Energy specialists are confident that this summer will be a time of bright impressions, useful skills and new discoveries for young residents of the Kezhemsky District, and perhaps a time to choose a future professional path.
