In Krasnoyarsk, swimming raids in wrong places are carried out in the Sverdlovsk district. This was reported in the city hall.
Inspections are carried out by police officers, the municipal state institution “Center for Organization of IMENTERS of Civil Defense, Emergencies and PB” and specialists of the district administration. Most often, the rules of safe behavior in water are violated on the Abakan duct.
Yesterday, June 18, about 100 people rested on the Yaryginskaya embankment, 12 of them were in the water. Seeing police officers and administration employees, they independently went ashore. During the raid, experts distributed 26 memos, with three parents conducted a preventive conversation about the safety of children near the water.
“The shore of the Yenisei is a popular vacation spot among citizens. This is the duct of the Yenisei in the Yaryginsky embankment area, and the coastline in the Tikhiy Zori microdistrict, and the embankment near the Nikolaev bridge. To date, 65 signs “bathing is prohibited in the area. However, residents often ignore them. Therefore, raids and preventive work with residents to prevent accidents are carried out regularly, ”said Dmitry Prokudin, the acting head of the administration of the Sverdlovsk district.
The signs “bathing is prohibited” are installed in these areas for good reasons:
- The bottom has not been investigated, there may be deep pits, cold currents, traumatic objects at the bottom;
- There are no rescue services, and in the case of an emergency, there will be no qualified specialists who are ready to help nearby;
- Water can be dangerous due to industrial discharges, storage of household waste, may contain infections and parasites.

It is especially dangerous to leave children unattended by the water, as they often become victims of their own carelessness. For violation of the rules of safe behavior, administrative liability is provided. Children, along with their parents, are invited to a meeting of the commission on minors. In addition, information is transferred to schools for additional explanatory work with students.

The Law of the Krasnoyarsk Territory “On Administrative Offenses” for swimming in wrong places entails a warning or imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of 500 to 3 thousand rubles; for officials – from 5 to 10 thousand rubles; For legal entities – from 20 thousand to 30 thousand rubles.
Recall that at present in the territory of Krasnoyarsk it is allowed to swim only in the Lake Mirror (it is love) in Tatyshev Park.
