Peter Magyar sets a condition for Ukraine. He talks about the rights of the Hungarian minority

In the interview published on Thursday, Magyar also said that as soon as the authorities in Kiev commit to ending what he called “absolutely unfair discrimination,” he would be ready to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. He assured that “Hungary wants to have good relations with all its neighbors.”
When asked about his position on Ukraine's entry into the European Union, Magyar replied that “the rules should be the same for all countries that want to join” the EU. He gave the example of the accession process in Hungary, which lasted 10 years.
— Ukraine is currently at war. We hope that this conflict will end as soon as possible and that it will be able to apply to the 33 accession chapters within five, 10 or 15 years. We will organize a referendum on this matter in Hungary, he announced.
