
At the beginning of summer, young cabbage just appears in the beds. But in vain, because it makes a hearty and simple dish. It is ideal when there is absolutely no time to cook, but you need to feed everyone at once.
You will need:
Young cabbage – a small head
Eggs – 2 pieces
Hard cheese – 50 g
Salt and black pepper – to taste
How to cook:
- Finely chop the cabbage, place in a bowl and lightly crush it with your hands so that it releases juice.
- Add eggs, grate cheese on a coarse grater and stir until smooth.
- Place the mixture in a heated frying pan with a drop of oil, level it with a spatula and fry covered for 6-7 minutes on each side.
- If desired, divide into portions and fry without a lid.
- Serve warm, topped with sour cream or natural yoghurt.
Households readily eat such cabbage, especially if you sprinkle croutons or green onions on top.
This dinner contains fiber, protein and healthy fats. It cooks quickly, satisfies well and does not require rare or expensive ingredients.
