The conflict between the children of Alain Delon ended only by decision in court. What punishments did they receive?

The two sons of Alain Delon were sentenced Wednesday, in Paris, to suspended fines of 1,000 euros each, for recording and publishing a private conversation between their sister and their deceased father, in the context of a dispute regarding the inheritance of the famous actor, writes AFP.

The children of the legendary French cinema star, who died in August 2024 at the age of 88, have been fighting in court since early 2024, shortly after their father's health began to deteriorate.

Anthony and Alain-Fabien Delon, aged 61 and 32 respectively, were also ordered to pay their sister the sums of 2,000 euros and 3,000 euros respectively, according to Agerpres.

The eldest son will also have to delete within the next 15 days the recording published on his Instagram account, made by his brother without the knowledge of their sister Anouchka, on January 5, 2024.

In that conversation, Alain Delon's daughter said she was worried about the rumors about her father's health.

“They all take you for an idiot, (…) and me for a fool who manipulates her father. (They say) you're senile, that Anthony is going to put you under guardianship,” she can be heard in that recording.

Anouchka Delon, absent from the court hearing, is “very happy and relieved after this decision which gives her justice”, said one of her lawyers, Axelle Schmitz.

“She hopes that this decision will cause her brothers to reflect on their behavior. She wants to put this scandal behind her that has deeply hurt her and she has only one desire: reconciliation,” the lawyer added.

Only Alain-Fabien was present at the trial hearing on March 17, during which he stated that he only wanted to protect Alain Delon.

“I am doing everything to honor the memory of my father, who could not defend himself towards the end of his life,” he declared.

Anthony and Alain-Fabien believed that their father was being manipulated by their sister, who allegedly hid the true state of his health from them and wanted to move the famous actor to Switzerland for tax reasons. For her part, Anouchka blamed the two brothers for endangering the life of the “Cheetah” actor and said she wanted to take her father to Switzerland so that he could receive proper medical care.

Since then, relations between the brothers have deteriorated.

The youngest member of the Delon family also sued in September 2025 to have his father's last will, drawn up under Swiss law, which favored Anouchka, annulled.

A “negotiation” for an “amicable” settlement is “still ongoing” in Switzerland, according to a source familiar with the matter.
