On May 12, a meeting of the commission of the ITU Bureau of Krasnoyarsk was held, at which the current deputy chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Sergei Natarov, had his previously assigned III disability group extended.

According to the conclusion of doctors from the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia and state hospitals, Sergei Natarov has at least 5 diseases that prevent, according to the law, being in custody.

“At the same time, the presence of a number of serious illnesses did not in any way affect the unfounded and illegal verdict by the judge of the Kirovsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk, Yu. Reznikov, and the imposition of an almost maximum sentence of 14 years out of 15 possible, without taking into account mitigating circumstances,” said lawyer Alexander Khropot.

According to him, all these arguments will be presented in higher courts when considering the appeal of Sergei Natarov’s defense against the verdict in a criminal case.
