The Border Police confirmed that the Irish journalist Chay Bowes, a contributor to Russia Today, was not allowed to enter Romania after arriving at Henri Coandă International Airport in Bucharest, explaining that he is prohibited from entering our country.

According to a statement sent by the Information and Public Relations Center of the General Inspectorate of the Border Police, he was spotted at the airport shortly after he landed in Bucharest, during the border control carried out upon entering the country.

“On May 1, at around 19:00, the border police officers from the Henri Coandă International Airport in Bucharest checked, during the border control carried out on the way of entering the country, an Irish citizen who was traveling from the direction of Dublin.
