❗️The Cabinet of Ministers submitted to the State Duma a draft on exemption from criminal liability for armed rebellion, if the person “by voluntarily and timely reporting to the authorities contributed to the prevention of further harm”
It is also proposed to differentiate criminal liability for rebellion depending on the degree of involvement and the severity of the consequences.
According to the draft, the minimum sentence for organizing an armed rebellion could be 15 years in prison.
