Footage of the collapse of part of the balcony of the Rich bar in the Mexican city of San Luis Potosi. Three people died. Another 19 were injured. Local media reported this.
People fell from a height of about six meters. The balcony was on the third floor of the building. Panic began in the club after the emergency.
