In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, two more veterans of the Northern Military District became managers

Participants of a special military operation, graduates of the personnel program “Siberian character” Dmitry Korolkov and Nikolay Topoev received appointments in the management team of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Governor Mikhail Kotyukov announced this.

Colonel of Justice Dmitry Korolkov became deputy head of the administration of the Central District of Krasnoyarsk. He has two higher educations, served for many years in various divisions of the regional Investigative Committee.

And Nikolai Topoev, whose professional activity has always been connected with the economic sphere, headed the Malinovsky territorial division of the administration of the Achinsk district.

Let us remind you that the “Siberian Character” program started in the Krasnoyarsk Territory on February 23, 2025. Its participants completed the annual course “State and Municipal Administration” of the Presidential Academy, which includes four modules and the defense of a qualifying thesis. INDuring the implementation of the program, 20 veterans of the Northern Military District were appointed to responsible positions in the municipalities of the region.
