Loredana fell to her knees in front of Nadia, after an anthological duet in Onești

50 years after the score of 10 obtained at the Olympic Games in Montreal, Nadia Comăneci was celebrated the whole day in Onești as wellthe hometown where the road to legend began. At the end of a busy day, the world sports star performed on stage with Loredana Groza, one of the greatest artists in Romania's history.

On Thursday, at the Palace of the Parliament, the “Nadia Gala” took place, and on Saturday, at the Cotroceni Palace, she was decorated by the President of Romania, Nicușor Dan, with the National Order “Star of Romania” in the Grand Cross degree.

On Sunday, Nadia returned to Onești, where several events were organized. In the evening, he recreated the road from half a century ago. She walked from the “Nadia Comăneci” hall to the house where she grew up.

Then, the event moved to the CAROM stadium, where 50 years ago, the Romanian women's team paraded after the success in Montreal. At nightfall, the party began, with Loredana Groza taking the stage.

The singer sang and maintained the atmosphere with the instrumentalists, then Bart Conner, Nadia Comăneca's husband, entered the stage. The American sang, next to the stage, with Loredana.

The “Montreal Goddess” also entered the game, providing a moment like you've never seen before. Nadia sang with Loredana and Bart, in front of the Onești stage. After dancing with Loredana, Nadia went on stage.

The event continued with an anthological duet between the world gymnastics legend and the beloved artist from Romania. Nadia did karaoke on stage and sang “Felicidad”, Al Bano's famous song.

“I want to give her compliments, everyone told me that you have an extraordinary voice. There is no rehearsal, know that there are professionals who cannot sing like that at first sight. But Nadia is Nadia”, said Loredana Groza, on stage.
