Takeover of Petro Mazowsze by AMIC Energy. New stations and fleet in Poland

Petro Mazowsze is an experienced player in the wholesale of liquid fuels. The company distributes B0 and B7 diesel oil and Pb95 gasoline from warehouses located throughout the country, which allows for a wide operational range and high availability of products for wholesale customers. The acquisition of this company by AMIC Energy aims to increase the flexibility of the supply chain and strengthen the company's position on the B2B market.
As Krzysztof Strzelecki, president of AMIC Polska, emphasized, entering the fuel wholesale segment is an important strategic step for the companywhich opens up new development opportunities and allows for the diversification of revenue sources. Strzelecki also noted that thanks to this, the company strengthens its operational independence.

New logistics and transport possibilities
For AMIC Energy, the acquisition of Petro Mazowsze means not only development in the field of wholesale, but also expansion of its own transport fleet.
Entering the wholesale fuel sales market is part of AMIC Energy's declared long-term strategy, which assumes the development of new sales channels and further strengthening of the company's position in both the retail and wholesale segments.

New gas stations and development of the AMIC Polska network
As a result of the acquisition of Petro Mazowsze, AMIC Polska expands its portfolio with three new gas stations: Stolno in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, Nowe Gizewo near Szczytno and Wyśmierzyce near Białobrzegi. This is the next step in the development of the network that currently counts 131 gas stations throughout Poland.
AMIC Energy's offer is addressed to both individual and business customers. The stations offer: 95 and 98 petrol, LPG, diesel oil and Amic Pro ON and Amic Pro 95 premium fuels. Customers can also use packaged AdBlue at all stations, and at 30 stations also from AdBlue distributors.
