In Krasnoyarsk, roads near schools, technical schools and universities will be repaired

Repair of roads leading to educational institutions has started in Krasnoyarsk. The work is being carried out within the framework of the national project “Infrastructure for Life,” the mayor’s office said.
So, this week road workers came to Alexander Matrosov Street. This is one of the largest renovation projects this year, with a total length of 3.42 kilometers. Several educational institutions are located there: the Krasnoyarsk Polytechnic College, the Krasnoyarsk Assembly College, secondary school No. 6 and children's art school No. 15. On the section of the street from residential building No. 4 to non-residential building No. 41a, it is planned to replace curb stones, renew the road surface, tidy up sidewalks and restore missing pedestrian connections. Now workers are replacing old curbs with new ones and bringing in construction materials.
The renovation of Ada Lebedeva Street continues. This is one of the oldest streets in the city, located in the Central and Zheleznodorozhny districts. There, in building No. 89, there is the main building of the Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University. Viktor Astafiev. Road workers are putting the sidewalks in order: installing new sides and constructing the foundation. For the convenience of pedestrians, sidewalks in different sections of the street will be widened and accessible for people with limited mobility. New asphalt will also be laid on the road.

At the same time, road repairs are being carried out at another 13 sites. There are immediate plans to begin work on Kalinin Street. In total, in the 2026 season in Krasnoyarsk, 25 road sections are going to be repaired as part of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”. 1.5 billion rubles have already been allocated for these purposes.
The mayor's office notes that special attention is paid to the quality of road work this season. On behalf of the mayor of the city, Sergei Vereshchagin, control is carried out at all stages – from checking materials to accepting finished objects.
