May 28 10:40

Rosselkhoznadzor specialists check the safety of vegetables grown indoors in greenhouses in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The products of the complex in the Yemelyanovsky district were the first to be checked.

For the study, samples of lettuce, frillis lettuce, cucumbers and basil were taken. Vegetables and herbs were tested for residual amounts of active ingredients of pesticides and nitrate nitrogen.

The results showed that the products are safe: the content of nitrates and pesticides does not exceed permissible standards.
