76 employees are missing in Rostov pre-trial detention center No. 1, where terrorists took hostages yesterday. According to Mash, this is almost 30% of the required staff. They simply didn’t go to work in the isolation ward.
As sources in the Federal Penitentiary Service told Mash, the total shortage of employees in the region is 1,186 people or 24.6%. And this is a bad indicator. Roughly speaking, every third employee was missing from pre-trial detention center No. 1 the day before.
