Brian Hickerson Breaks Silence Following Hayden Panettiere’s Sudden Death

Brian Hickerson has issued a statement through his attorney, Sloan Ellis, marking his first response following reports that he and his brother called 911 on the day Hayden Panettiere passed away.
The actress’s death remains shrouded in mystery, and while Hickerson has spoken out, he refrained from providing specific details regarding the incident.
“Hayden’s death is still under investigation, and it is important to allow the inquiry to proceed,” Hickerson stated.
He referenced public information in this case, asserting that “the police have confirmed” there is no evidence of “foul play or suspicious circumstances.”
“Out of respect for Hayden’s loved ones and the ongoing investigation, there will be no further comments at this time,” Hickerson communicated through his attorney.
Sloan Ellis, a former federal prosecutor who has worked on cases with the FBI and DEA, represented Hickerson in this matter.
Multiple American publications reported that the DEA is conducting a parallel investigation. The agency has indicated that it “does not confirm or comment on ongoing investigations,” according to the outlet.
Hickerson and his brother contacted 911 to report that the actress was unresponsive on Sunday, as detailed by CNN.
Emergency responders were unable to resuscitate her, and she was pronounced dead approximately thirty minutes after the 911 call. She was 36 years old.
The cause of death has not yet been disclosed, but medical examiners have stated that no signs of violence were found during the autopsy.
