Railway loading in Khakassia increased noticeably in April

In April 2026, loading on the Russian Railways network in the Republic of Khakassia amounted to 2.4 million tons, which is 14.6% more than in the same period last year.

In January – April 2026, 9.1 million tons of various cargo were loaded and shipped by railway in the Republic of Khakassia (+4.8% compared to January – April 2025), including:

  • hard coal – 8 million tons (+6.4%);
  • iron and manganese ore – 536 thousand tons (-4.9%);
  • non-ferrous metals – 279.5 thousand tons (-14.6%);
  • grain – 27.8 thousand tons (an increase of 2.1%);
  • non-ferrous ore and sulfur raw materials – 9.2 thousand tons (an increase of 5 times compared to January – April last year).

Let us remind you that the service area of ​​the Krasnoyarsk Railway includes the territories of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Khakassia, and partly the Kemerovo and Irkutsk regions.
