Speed competitions for children “Karapuz, off to the start!” were held in Krasnoyarsk. Participated in the competition 398 children, which corresponds in number to the age of Krasnoyarsk, the mayor’s office said.
“For 12 years, the festival “Karapuz, off to the start!” has become a tradition that unites the large family of our city. I am sure it will grow with new members. After all, since the beginning of this year, almost 3,000 children have been born in Krasnoyarsk,” city mayor Sergei Vereshchagin greeted the participants.
The children, together with their parents, thoroughly prepared for the race: on the site one could see a variety of heroes and bright costumes. In order for the little champion to reach the finish line, toys, gadgets and loud support from grandparents were used. As a reward, each participant received a medal.
