Sales managers, sales consultants and couriers have become the most sought-after specialists this spring in Russia. RIA Novosti reports this with reference to a study by hh.ru.
Over the past 30 days, employers have posted more than 46.7 thousand vacancies for sales managers. This profession ranked first in demand. In second place were sales consultants and cashiers. Within a month, companies were looking for more than 40 thousand such employees. The median salary for these vacancies was 60.5 thousand rubles. The top three were closed by couriers. Employers have posted about 32 thousand vacancies for such specialists. At the same time, the median salary of couriers reached 160 thousand rubles. This is 22% higher than a year earlier.
Also included in the top ten most in-demand professions were laborers, drivers, cooks and bakers, accountants, storekeepers, packers and doctors.
Analysts studied the labor market in April 2026. The study included about 700 thousand vacancies.
