A five-star hotel will appear in Krasnoyarsk next to the Organ Hall. The idea was discussed at a meeting of the City Council commission on urban planning, writes Komsomolskaya Pravda – Krasnoyarsk.
The city's chief architect, Yulia Solovarova, said that the hotel will be small – with a small number of rooms, small area and height. The building plot is 0.29 hectares. The building should harmoniously fit into the appearance of the already restored Historical Quarter.
It is likely that the old occupied two-story wooden house on Dekabristov Street will be demolished at this location. To begin construction, a land surveying project must be agreed upon; public hearings are already taking place. According to plans, the hotel should appear by the anniversary year 2028.
Let us remind you that earlier plans for the construction of the hotel were confirmed by the mayor of Krasnoyarsk Sergei Vereshchagin. Then he did not specify what kind of object he was talking about. However, about a year ago, Governor Mikhail Kotyukov reported that a five-star hotel to be built on Strelka received state support.
