Where in the country it will be warmer and it will rain less in June

The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) announces, for the month of June, thermal values slightly higher than normal in the western half of the country. Also in the western and northwestern regions, the amount of precipitation will be deficient during the same period.
On Friday, meteorologists issued the forecast for the next four weeks, valid between May 25 and June 22.
Thus, according to ANM, in the interval May 25 – June 1the thermal values will be around those specific for this week, possibly slightly higher in the western regions, but also slightly lower in the eastern ones.
The rainfall regime will be deficient in most regions, but especially in mountainous areas.
In the week 1 – 8 Juneaverage temperatures will be slightly higher than normal for this range in the western half of the country, and will be close to normal elsewhere.
Rainfall amounts will generally be close to normal for this period across most of the country.
In the week 8 – 15 Junethe average air temperature will have slightly higher than normal values for this interval, especially in the western half of the country, and the rest will be generally close to normal.
The estimated rainfall regime for this period will be locally deficient in the northwestern regions, and in the rest it will be close to normal.
And during the period 15 – 22 Junethe average thermal values will be slightly above those specific for this week in the western half of the territory, and the rest will be close to normal.
Precipitation amounts will be deficient in the western and northwestern regions, and will otherwise be close to normal for this interval.
How forecasts are made
Weather forecasts for four weeks are made by ECMWF – European Center for Long-Range Forecasts.
The weekly average deviations of air temperature and precipitation amounts from the average of the period 2006-2025 are estimated.
Extreme phenomena with a short duration of manifestation cannot be predicted with the help of this product.
