Rare black chanterelles were accidentally caught by mushroom pickers in the Urals. They are considered a delicacy around the world.
Because of their color, black chanterelles (the correct name for the unusual mushrooms is funnel fungus) often scare people away. Mushroom pickers think that this mushroom is poisonous and dangerous. However, it is edible and very healthy. Nutritionists note that this mushroom is rich in calcium and potassium. It contains about 20% proteins.
For better absorption, it is recommended to grind these mushrooms into a gravy or puree soup.
