NordStar Airlines took part in the forum to improve labor productivity, which took place on May 19, 2026 in Krasnoyarsk. The event brought together representatives of federal departments, regions and the country's largest companies and became a key platform for discussing effective practices aimed at increasing productivity in various sectors of the economy.
The Krasnoyarsk Territory was chosen as the venue for the forum due to its high results in improving labor productivity: the region is the leader in Siberia, and its Regional Competence Center is among the top five in Russia. The participants discussed successful examples of the implementation of lean technologies, which are already demonstrating a significant economic effect and will be taken into account in the implementation of the national project “Efficient and Competitive Economy”.
The management of NordStar Airlines, headed by General Director Leonid Mokhov, took part in the forum. The airline's executives spoke about the results of a project to increase labor productivity in the aircraft maintenance shop and shared plans for 2026. The main emphasis was placed on the achieved productivity growth of 20% – a significant indicator for the industry, where high requirements for quality and safety determine the specifics of work. Further steps to improve processes and increase the efficiency of resource use were also outlined.
