On May 19, at the CIPR-2026 conference, the company of cloud communication services for business MANGO OFFICE and the T1 IT holding signed an agreement on a long-term strategic partnership.
One of the first projects within the framework of cooperation was the integration of the Union HR system (part of the T1 IT holding) with MANGO OFFICE services to automate personnel selection.
Now recruiters will be able to call candidates directly from the Union interface. The system automatically saves the history and recordings of conversations, and when there is an incoming call, it identifies a candidate or creates a new card, reducing time for routine actions.
“Communication infrastructure today directly affects the sustainability and efficiency of a business. Companies are no longer satisfied with disparate tools—calls, meetings, and correspondence. They need unified digital environments that are embedded in real-world processes and operate seamlessly. Together with the T1 IT holding, we will be able to quickly and accurately complete these tasks for corporate and government clients,” notes Denis Golovanov, CEO of MANGO OFFICE.
“Today the market is moving towards integrated platforms that combine several tools at once. By combining T1’s expertise in creating corporate IT solutions and strong communication technologies of MANGO OFFICE, we will be able to offer the market more popular solutions – both for HR and for other areas and business processes,” comments Vasily Sautin, commercial director of the Software vertical. solutions» IT holding T1.
