You will need:
300 g soft cottage cheese
200 ml heavy cream from 33%
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
How to cook:
- Beat soft cottage cheese in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- In a cold bowl, whip the cream until it forms soft peaks.
- Combine the curd base with whipped cream, gradually adding powder.
- Gently stir with a spatula in a circular motion to keep the mixture fluffy.
- Place the dessert among glasses or bowls and lightly level the surface.
- Place in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to stabilize.
- Garnish with fresh berries or mint leaves and serve.
