At Krasnoyarsk International Airport, specialists worked out a scenario in case a passenger with a dangerous infection tried to enter the region. The exercises took place today, May 20, Rospotrebnadzor reported.
According to legend, one of the passengers on an international flight complained to the flight attendants about weakness, body aches, severe diarrhea and vomiting. Information about this was received on the ground from the aircraft commander. After this, all airport services and control authorities were put on alert.
Doctors examined the “patient,” collected anamnesis and made a preliminary diagnosis. Then they identified everyone who had contact with him on board. The inside of the plane was completely disinfected – both the aircraft and its parking area were treated.
The exercise was attended by employees of Rospotrebnadzor, the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology, border and customs services, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Transport, Rosselkhoznadzor, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, transport police, doctors and ground services of the airport, as well as doctors from the Yemelyanovsk regional hospital. The training helped to hone interaction between departments and strengthen skills in case of a real threat.
