The Krasnoyarsk Ministry of Emergency Situations has a new boss

The Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Krasnoyarsk Territory was headed by Major General of the Internal Service April Agakishiev. He was appointed to the position by decree of the Russian President of May 4, 2026.
Agakishiev was born on April 29, 1977 in the village of Smugul, Akhtynsky district of Dagestan. He has been serving in the Ministry of Emergency Situations since the late 1990s. He began his service in Kamchatka as a commander of a separate road platoon, and later held senior positions in the structures of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
In 2006, Agakishiev was sent to the Central Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, since 2016 he was the first deputy head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Tula region, and in 2018 he became deputy director of the operational management department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
Since 2020, April Agakishiev has worked as the first deputy head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Stavropol Territory. In the fall of 2022, he performed tasks in the Northern Military District zone. Also participated in eliminating the consequences of major emergencies, accidents and other incidents.
Let us recall that the former head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Igor Lisin, who headed the main board since 2019, retired in 2024. Now he works as deputy head of the Barnaul administration for public protection and information.
