The moment two US fighter jets collide mid-air during an air show

Officials say four crew members are in a stable condition after two fighter jets collided mid-air during a US air show, BBC writes
All crew ejected safely from US Navy EA18-G aircraft that were performing an aerial demonstration at the time of the crash, a US Navy spokesman told the BBC. It is unclear if they were injured.
The dramatic incident occurred Sunday during the second and final day of the Gunfighter Skies air show, 2 miles northwest of Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho.
A fire broke out and the base was briefly closed, with the rest of the air show cancelled. An investigation is ongoing.
“The crew involved in the incident is in stable condition,” US officials said in a statement posted on social media on Sunday.
“We thank all of our guests for their patience and compassion, which allowed us to respond quickly and safely to the incident,” the statement said.
The Navy spokesman said the crew members were being examined by medical personnel.
The EA-18G Growlers were assigned to an attack squadron in Washington state. The US Navy says each of these planes cost about $67 million.
The Gunfighter Skies air show last took place in 2018 when a glider pilot died in an accident.
