In Krasnoyarsk, the prosecutor's office stopped the construction of an illegal facility on Lesnaya Street through the court.
According to the supervisory authority, since September 2025, Larets LLC has been constructing a consumer services building on a fenced plot of land. Equipment worked on site, a pit was developed, concrete blocks and metal structures were placed.
During the prosecutor's investigation, it turned out that the company did not obtain a construction permit in the prescribed manner. Moreover, the administration refused to issue it, since Larets LLC began work even before submitting the corresponding application, and urban planning legislation does not allow such a procedure.
“The prosecutor filed a lawsuit to declare the organization’s actions illegal and to prohibit construction until permitting documentation is received. The court supported the position of the prosecutor’s office and satisfied the claim,” the department reported.
As a result, construction was frozen in October 2025. The company was prohibited not only from constructing permanent buildings and structures, but also from making any transactions in relation to the objects. The restrictions will remain in effect until Larets LLC receives a building permit.
By order of the prosecutor's office, the legal entity was brought to administrative responsibility for violating the procedure for constructing a capital construction project (Article 9.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). So far the company has received a warning.
