If you want to end the day with a satisfying but not overwhelming meal, try this warm fish casserole. It comes together in ten minutes, does not require long frying or complex sauces, and is digested so easily that sleep comes quickly and without heaviness. Ideal for those who value evening calm and control calories.

Ingredients:

White fish fillet – one hundred and fifty grams
Zucchini or zucchini – one medium
Cherry tomatoes – one hundred grams
Olive oil and dried herbs – one teaspoon and a pinch

Step-by-step preparation:

  • Slice the zucchini into thin slices and cut the tomatoes in half.
  • Place vegetables on a baking sheet or baking dish.
  • Place the fish fillet on top and lightly salt to taste.
  • Drizzle with oil and distribute herbs evenly.
  • Place in a preheated oven or air fryer for eight to ten minutes.
  • Serve warm while the fish is still tender.

This dinner contains a minimum of carbohydrates, but provides enough protein for overnight tissue repair. It does not cause insulin spikes, maintains comfortable digestion until the morning and helps the body switch to rest mode without the feeling of hunger and night snacks.
