In the finals, SVO veterans will defend projects that they developed together with their mentors. The results of work on the real tasks of the region will also be summed up – the head of the region, Mikhail Kotyukov, set them for the participants.

Let us remind you that training began in September 2025. During this time, the fighters underwent intensive training in economics, finance, law, project management, studied the work of government agencies and municipalities, and also mastered public speaking skills.

After completing the course, graduates will receive a certificate of professional retraining from the Presidential Academy under the program “State and Municipal Administration”. They will be part of the region's personnel team. Some have already received appointments in municipalities, government agencies and budgetary organizations.

Participants will also be able to implement their own initiatives – projects in the field of tourism, ecology, increasing labor productivity and patriotic education of youth.
