In Yeniseisk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, rescuers rescued a dog that had been sitting for three days on an island formed when the Melnichnaya River overflowed.
Concerned residents asked specialists to help an animal in trouble. “Rescuers immediately responded to the call. On the afternoon of May 12, they reached an isolated island by boat and found an emaciated animal there. The dog headed towards the rescuers with hope. He was safely brought ashore and handed over to the caring hands of volunteers,” said the Rescuer institution.
