Loading on the Krasnoyarsk Railway increased in April

Loading on the Krasnoyarsk Railway in April 2026 amounted to 6.9 million tons, which is 8.4% higher than the result of April last year.

Loading for January – April 2026 amounted to 27.1 million tons, which is 2.5% less than the result of the same period in 2025.

During January – April the following were loaded on the Krasnoyarsk Railway:

  • hard coal – 20 million tons (-0.7% compared to January-April 2025);
  • oil and petroleum products – 2.1 million (+3.6%);
  • non-ferrous ore and sulfur raw materials – 1.6 million tons (-12.8%);
  • iron and manganese ore – 536 thousand tons (-4.9%);
  • grain – 524.2 thousand tons (1.5 times increase);
  • construction cargo – 318.8 thousand tons (+15.1%).

Loading of cargo, including the above items shipped in containers, amounted to 820.8 thousand tons.

Freight turnover for January – April 2026 amounted to 49.5 billion tariff ton-km (+1.4% compared to the same period in 2025), freight turnover taking into account the mileage of empty cars – 57.6 billion ton-km (+0.6%).
