The XI Siberian Historical Forum / News of the Society of Krasnoyarsk and the Krasnoyarsk Territory / Newslab.ru was held in Krasnoyarsk

The XI Siberian Historical Forum was held in Krasnoyarsk. This year, the main theme of this large-scale event was the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
As part of the work of the forum, assistant to President Vladimir Putin, Vladimir Medinsky, arrived in Krasnoyarsk. Together with the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Mikhail Kotyukov, a bright discovery was organized, and then participation in a number of events.
In the days of the forum (from March 31 to April 2), you could visit dozens of sites and events. These are panel discussions, and round tables, and open lectures, as well as exhibitions, books and concert presentations. Among the participants are leading historians of the country, archaeologists, museum workers, culturalists, search engines, students, representatives of public organizations who arrived from all over the country, from Moscow to Khabarovsk. The forum also was attended by experts from the new regions of Russia.
“The site of the historical forum allowed to look at the events of war from different sides and from different points of view, open new, important facts and, of course, share ideas on how to convey these valuable discoveries about the great feat for the younger and young generation,” the forum organizers said.
