The fight between Federico Valverde and Aurelien Tchouameni could see one of the midfielders leave Real Madrid. Although he is among the captains of the Blancos, the Uruguayan risks suffering further consequences, being targeted for a parting in the summer.
Real Madrid cut to the flesh after the scandal broke out in the dressing room. The blanco club took severe measures against Aurélien Tchouaméni and Federico Valverde and, following a disciplinary investigation, decided to fine each player €500,000.
“This financial sanction may not be enough and additional measures are being considered!”, writes the Spanish press. Real Madrid are considering a possible summer departure for the Uruguayan, although he still has a contract until June 30, 2029.

Florentino Perez would like to set a strong example and this involves the sale of Federico Valverde. The said source claims that the club president holds him responsible for everything that happened and will therefore try to sell him next summer:
“Florentino will not allow such episodes to waste the club's assets because of a player who does not know how to behave. Real Madrid believe that Valverde's time at the club is over.”
One of the reasons why Real Madrid is considering selling Valverde is the rift in the dressing room. According to the same source, the incident with Tchouaméni was the spark, although it was not the only factor that led to consider this decision.
Valued at 120 million euros according to Transfermarkt, Valverde can bring a large sum to the club. His stats this season, 9 goals and 13 assists, are impressive for a midfielder, and Premier League clubs Bayern and Paris Saint-Germain could be interested.
Perez: “Those guilty will be fired”
Furthermore, Perez confirmed that those responsible will be sacked, referring to Valverde, according to Spanish media: “I think it's a very wrong thing and I think it's even worse that they made it public. I've been here for 26 years and there hasn't been a year where two or four players didn't fight. But these things stay within the club.
