A wide-ranging investigation into an escort network involving luxury models, wiretapping and more than 60 footballers is underway in Italy. Among them, former and current stars of his AC Milanincluding Hakan Calhanoglu, now at Inter.
Controversial businessman Fabrizio Corona has published images involving several former and current AC Milan stars. According to reports in prosecutors' possession, Hernandez played a central role in organizing these events, even purchasing a VAN to transport luxury models and guests to exclusive venues.

Several other big names associated with the club, such as Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Rafael Leao, Hakan Calhanoglu and Gianluigi Donnarumma, now at Manchester City, were also mentioned in the investigation.
Calhanoglu played at AC Milan for 4 years, between 2017 and 2021, before moving to Inter on a free transfer. In 2025 – 2026, the Turkish midfielder was one of Cristi Chivu's key men in the fight for the Serie A title.
Operation against an agency that served businessmen and over 60 Serie A players
These revelations come at a time when Serie A is already facing a separate, even deeper legal crisis. In early April, Milanese prosecutors launched a massive operation against “Ma.De. Milano”, a luxury concierge agency.

The authorities arrested the owners Emanuele Buttini and Deborah Ronchi on charges of association with crimes and exploitation of prostitution. Investigators say the agency served as a front for a luxury escort network that served wealthy businessmen and more than 60 Serie A players from clubs including AC Milan, Juventus and Inter.
Talks of “paid girlfriends” and “balloons” intercepted by authorities
Notably, none of the footballers named in the investigation are currently under criminal investigation. Under Italian law, attending private parties or being present at such gatherings is not considered a crime. Prosecutors are instead focused on understanding the broader operation behind the agency and whether illegal activity took place around those events.
Authorities intercepted a conversation between a well-known soccer player and an organizer discussing “paid girlfriends” for athletes. In another recorded exchange, a woman in a hotel room with a footballer was heard asking for “balloons” (laughing gas) to be sent to her.
