“The lady hasn't been herself for a long time.” Carlson's Mendel cried to Putin. The OP responded

Former press secretary of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, Yulia Mendel, gave an hour and a half interview to conservative American journalist Tucker Carlson. The video on May 11 was published on YouTube.

Mendel spoke for almost 100 minutes with Carlson, who published the recording under the headline: “Zelensky’s press secretary reveals all the cards: cocaine, hiding the truth and the only obstacle to peace.”

Mendel said that Ukraine is “on the verge of extinction” and is “declining,” that there is “unhealthy nationalism” in the country, and Zelensky allegedly has mental problems and, according to her, is not very constructive.

The former press secretary of the Ukrainian president added that someone told her that Zelensky once allegedly used drugs in clubs, but she did not see it herself.

Mendel also stood up for the illegitimate president of the aggressor country of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.

“Just saying that Putin is a monster… Well, maybe he is a monster. His army is doing terrible things. But just continuing to insult Putin will get you nowhere. We need to do something as a country,” she said.

At the end of the interview, Mendel switched to Russian to sniffle and address Putin. She said she is not his political opponent and “is not a threat to him at all.” Mendel described the full-scale war of the Russian aggressor against Ukraine as follows: “Slavs are killing Slavs.”

She also told Carlson how Russian occupiers are using drones to hunt people in her native Kherson region.

“There must be limits to humanity! One of your decree can stop this,” she turned to Putin and began to cry.

Ukrainian journalist Lena Chichenina noted on Facebook that “Mendel crap Zelensky from head to toe in the first minutes.”

“In my opinion, this is one of the problems of people who love warm baths and to be actively curried. They will then give up if something goes wrong,” the journalist said about Mendel.

Adviser to the President of Ukraine on communications Dmitry Lytvyn, commenting on Mendel’s interview with journalists, noted that in fact Mendel does not have insider information.

“This lady did not participate in the negotiations, did not participate in decision-making, has not been herself for a long time, and who is telling her something and whether it really happened is not serious to comment on,” he said.
