Salt water, sun and wind dry out your hair on vacation. Professional UV sprays are expensive, but there is a simple alternative that works just as well. EAOMedia will share the recipe for a natural protective spray.
Here is the recipe for the protective agent:
Mix a glass of water, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and 5 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil in a spray bottle. Shake and apply to length every time before going out into the sun and swimming.
Coconut oil penetrates the hair shaft, deeply nourishes it and protects it from fading, while ylang-ylang adds shine and aroma. Together, these components will create a light film that will protect against dehydration and ultraviolet radiation.
Important: this spray works as a leave-in treatment – even after swimming in the sea. But the protection needs to be updated periodically.
So sometimes a bottle of oil is enough to forget about the “straw” on your head, and return after vacation not only with a tan, but also with “living” shiny hair.
