HERE, the results of the 36th round of the Premier League

Two London teams, diametrically opposed goals: Arsenal are looking to win their first title in 22 years and look to have their first chance, while West Ham are looking to avoid relegation to the Championship after 14 consecutive years in the top flight.

West Ham v Arsenal, likely teams:

WEST HAM (4-4-2): Hermansen – Wan-Bissaka, Mavropanos, Disasi, Diouf – Bowen, M. Fernandes, Soucek, Summerville – Wilson, Castellanos
Coach: Nuno Espirito Santo

ARSENAL (4-2-3-1): Raya – White, Saliba, Gabriel, Calafiori – Rice, Lewis-Skelly – Saka, Eze, Trossard – Gyokeres
Coach: Mikel Arteta

Hot on the heels of back-to-back 1-2 defeats to Bournemouth and Manchester City in April, Arsenal bounced back to win their next two games, 1-0 to Newcastle and 3-0 to Fulham. In the same period, Manchester City messed with Everton, 3-3, so now, with an equal number of games, the “gunners” have two more points.

The difference would increase to 5 points with a victory of Arteta's students today, with the amendment that Manchester Cityvictorious against Brentford at this stage, 3-0, will have an extra game to play in the latter stages.

Anyway, Arsenal is a big favorite to lift the trophy: with 3 wins in the last stages they would certainly become champions, but they could also put their hands on the title with a draw in the last rounds, provided they stay with a better goal difference than the “citizens”.

On the other hand, West Ham returned to relegation place after Tottenham's two-game winning streak. Only with a win would they leave the red zone, at least temporarily, until Tottenham face Leeds on Monday.
