On May 9, oil workers of the East Siberian Oil and Gas Company (part of Rosneft) held the “Immortal Regiment” campaign and a ceremony in honor of Victory Day.
Vostsibneftegaz employees were joined by representatives of contracting organizations – about 250 people took part in the celebration, including from RN-Security, RN-Burenie, RN-Fire Safety and service companies.
They marched in a column of the Immortal Regiment through the territory of the rotation camp to the Memory of Generations memorial, honored the fallen heroes with a minute of silence and laid flowers at the monument.
After the ceremony, participants traditionally tried buckwheat porridge from a real field kitchen, restored by the company’s employees. In the evening, oil workers took part in a thematic quiz dedicated to the Great Patriotic War and an arm wrestling tournament.
On the same day, but already in Krasnoyarsk, the team of the East Siberian Oil and Gas Company as part of the RN-Krasnoyarsk team confirmed: the energy of Victory also works on the treadmill. At the 60th city athletics relay, dedicated to the 81st anniversary of the Victory, the oil team won silver among the city's enterprises.
The race took place for the 60th time and was dedicated to the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The participants ran along the main embankment of the city, covering 13 stages with a length of 4,500 meters.
“Where people are united not only by a production task, but also by a common memory, the same energy is born that moves both the fields and the country forward,” the participants of the action are convinced.
