
White fish fillet with zucchini and herbs is a dish that will not only fill you up in the evening, but will also help you achieve summer shape. This culinary option combines all the necessary components of a proper dinner: light protein, healthy fats and fiber.
What you will need:
Cod or pollock fillet – 400 g
Young zucchini – 150 g
Cherry tomatoes – 8 pieces
Lemon – half
Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Salt, black pepper, Provençal herbs – to taste
Fresh parsley – a small bunch
How to cook:
- Cut the fish fillet into portions and the zucchini into thin slices.
- Place a bed of zucchini on a sheet of foil and place the fish on top.
- Salt, pepper, sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice, add herbs.
- Scatter the cherry tomatoes around and wrap the foil tightly, keeping space inside.
- Place the envelopes in the oven preheated to 190 degrees for twenty minutes.
