Weather forecast for Bucharest. Radical weather change announced by ANM

The weather in Bucharest is changing radically this weekend and will get colder starting Saturday morning. Meteorologists are also predicting rain with electrical discharges, starting tonight.

The National Meteorological Administration has published the special forecast for Bucharest, for the interval May 8-10.

On Friday, temperatures will reach up to 27 degrees in the Capital, but from Saturday the weather will cool down.

According to the ANM forecast, between Friday, 10:00 a.m. and Saturday, 9:00 a.m., the weather will be warm in Bucharest. The maximum temperature will be 25-27 degrees, and the minimum 12-14 degrees. Especially in the evening and at night there will be clouds, showers and possibly electrical discharges and wind intensifications.

Between Saturday, 09:00 and Sunday, 10:00, the weather will cool down. The maximum temperature will be around 22 degrees, and the minimum will be 11-13 degrees. Temporarily there will be clouds, showers and possibly electrical discharges, says ANM.

The weather is turning unstable across much of the country starting this afternoon, when rain is forecast, until Sunday, forecasters said.

For several counties, ANM has issued yellow code alerts for atmospheric instability and significant amounts of water. The capital will not be under any weather warning.
