In Krasnoyarsk, the court began to consider a criminal case against the former head of the SATP MP Dmitry Sokirka, accused of restricting competition and using violence against a government official.

According to the prosecutor's office, in the spring of 2023, an oral agreement was reached between the defendant and the general director of PromStroy LLC, which made it possible to eliminate the price struggle in the road repair competition. The essence of the scheme was that a commercial organization refused to participate in an open competition, and SATP had the opportunity to win contracts at the most favorable price for itself. As a result of the auctions, UDIB and SATP entered into municipal contracts, and then the work was fully subcontracted to the same commercial partner. As a result, participants in this scheme illegally received more than 1 billion rubles.
In the summer of 2024, when law enforcement officers came to Dmitry Sokirko to the office to detain him, he refused to comply with legal demands and kicked a FSB officer in the shin.
“The position of the prosecutor’s office in the case remains fundamental – when competition is replaced by a previously reached agreement, not only the market loses, but also the city, which counts on a fair price and transparent selection of the contractor,” Roman Tyutyunik said in his speech.
