Experts advise taking painkillers with you – they will be useful for bruises, cuts, burns, joint pain or headaches. You also need anti-intestinal medicines for stomach problems and antipyretics in case of fever or virus. To treat wounds, cuts and injections you will need disinfectants.
In addition, you should put anti-allergy medications in your first aid kit to relieve itching, runny nose or sneezing, as well as dressings to fix and protect injuries. For those who have problems with the heart or blood pressure, doctors advise taking appropriate medications – they will help with pressure surges, angina attacks or hypertensive crisis.
If you are going to the dacha with children, the same drugs will do, but with a lower dosage. Additionally, you can take ear drops for otitis media and a remedy for conjunctivitis. But it is better not to take medications with potent substances without consulting a doctor.
