In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, rescuers and indifferent residents of Minusinsk saved the life of a cat, said in the press service of the regional GU EMERCOM of Russia.
On the morning of September 26, the residents of the house on Sovetskaya Street heard a loud meow of the cat. It turned out that the owners of the apartment left the balcony door in ventilation mode and left the house. The cat tried to get out onto the balcony, but stuck. It is dangerous to be in this position for the animal – the cat could die. Therefore, the residents of the house called firefighters.

“The entire rescue operation from the moment of receipt of the message took 12 minutes. Employees of the fire and rescue unit No. 11 who arrived at the place installed the stairs on the balcony. A fireman climbed up the stairs helped the cat return to the apartment, ”the press service said.
