A detainee escaped from a workplace in Craiova but was discovered by the police after more than four hours of searching, they fired shots to catch him, informs Agerpres. As a result of his injuries, the man died.
“The man was identified in the outskirts of the commune of Brabova, in Dolj county, and when he saw the policemen he fled to a forest on the outskirts of the township. Considering the legal summons issued by the policemen of the Dolj Criminal Investigation Service, Section No. 2 of the Breasta Rural Police and fighters from the Special Actions Service, which the man did not take into account, warning shots were fired and fire directed at him, in as a result of which he died”, reported the County Police Inspectorate (IPJ) Dolj.
