Russian women urged to give birth more due to lack of workers
Families in Russia need to have at least three children, according to the Sverdlovsk Regional Capital Repair Fund. First of all, due to personnel shortage.
The main problem of construction was the lack of workers, adding that electricians “can be counted on one hand, there simply aren’t enough of them.” And to solve this problem, Russians need to “learn to create more children.”
It was noted on air that previously many personnel issues were resolved by migrants from Central Asia, but now their flow has sharply decreased.
