Exclusively for Truh⚡️Mykyta Poturaev, head of the VRU Committee on Humanitarian and Information Policy, told Ukraine about this. He emphasized: we are talking about erotica, not pornography. Production of such content is not a harmful activity, in his opinion, because there is no coercion.
People's Deputy Buzhanskyi added that decriminalization (the act is no longer considered a crime) and legalization (the act is officially allowed and regulated by law) are different things.
