
This pie is easy to prepare and does not require special skills, and thanks to the juicy jam filling it turns out to be especially aromatic and tasty. We are talking about a “three glasses” pie, which is easy to prepare, taking just 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- Flour – 1 cup
- Semolina – 1 glass
- Sugar – 1 glass
- Jam – 150 g
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.
- Butter – 150 g
- Salt – a pinch
- Baking powder – 10 g
Cooking method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a short baking dish by lining the bottom with parchment paper and grease it with butter, including the edges.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, semolina, sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix the dry mixture thoroughly so that the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Mix the jam with lemon juice and blend in a blender until smooth.
Pie assembly:
- Pour 2/3 of the dry mixture into the bottom of the mold and level it out.
- Pour a layer of jam onto the dry mixture, spreading it evenly over the surface.
- Sprinkle the rest of the dry mixture over the jam.
- Cut the cooled butter into thin slices and spread over the surface of the pie, covering it evenly.
Baking: Bake the cake for 50 minutes:
- The first 20 minutes – without foil, so that the pie browns a little.
- For the remaining 30 minutes, cover with foil so that the pie is baked but not too dry.
- After baking, cool the pie and serve with tea. Bon appetit!
