Prankster Edward Beale and his friend were detained in the center of Moscow for wearing a “scooter patrol service” uniform. They were reported to the police by passers-by who were harassed by the content makers on the street.
The blogger was caught on Neglinnaya Street last night – there he was filming a video of himself riding a scooter dressed as a policeman. His comrade Yegor Chernov was packed together with him – he was also in uniform. The case is under the control of the capital's prosecutor's office.

Now they are in the Meshchansky District Court and are waiting for the decision of the servants of Themis – both face 15 days for petty hooliganism.
